As a part of our search for how the community of tomorrow will appear, we are currently developing a plan for the train station commercial facility that has taken into account the “human scale”. This train station commecial facility will be a role model for the ideal suburban Japanese neighborhood community. The community plans to be environmentally friendly through compliance with domestic CASBEE standards and the American LEED standards using the help of Keio University ’s Professor Ikaga as an adviser. CIA Inc. has appointed architect, Yukiharu Takematsu, to develop a challenging new model of CASBEE standard architecture design. Tenant leasing will rollout gradually with an opening in 2013.
